Surya Al-Fath, Indonesian Citizen, 32 years old currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. Joined PT JSI Sinergi Mas since 2022. Has experience in finance for more than 7 years. His career began by becoming an Auditor at Public Accounting Firm Aidil Yuzar, S.E., Ak., CPA in 2016-2017, then joining PT KB Bukopin Finance as Accounting Manager in 2017-2020 and serving as Head of the Finance Division in 2020-2021. His involvement in the financial industry continues at IAF Multi Finance in 2021-2022. then in June 2022 he was entrusted with the position of Chief Financial Officer at PT JSI Sinergi Mas until now.

Hardy Suherman, Indonesian Citizen, 58 years old. Has more than 10 years experience in the mining sector. Currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer at PT JSI Sinergi Mas. His experience leading companies in the mining industry was recorded in 2014-2017 as CFO at PT Anugerah Bara Kemilau. In 2017-2019 he served as Head of Commercial at PT Anugerah Bara Kutai and then in 2020-2022 he served as General Manager Marketing at PT La Tahzan. He also serves as a leader in several companies within the JSI Group.

Sayed Noval, Indonesian Citizen, 47 years old domiciled in Indonesia. Experienced more than 20 years in leading the company. Currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at PT JSI Sinergi Mas. Starting his career in 2001 at PT Cahaya Putra Kencana as Director then In 2016 he served as Commissioner at PT Ashilla Beliti Construction and then served as Chief Operating Officer from 2020 until now. He also has an important role in leading the other companies that are members of the JSI Group.

In 2012 he was listed as a Director at PT JS Energi, then served as Chief Executive Officer at PT JSI Sinergi Mas from 2014 until now. He has an important role in building and leading other companies that are members of the JSI Group.
